GIDE by High School Moms is a career and college counselling organization that works with high school students (Grades 8–12) to help them build strong academic profiles and secure opportunities at leading universities worldwide.

Backed by one of the world's largest parent–student communities, GIDE works closely with students and families across 11 countries through a structured, long-term approach that brings clarity, direction, and consistency to every stage of the student journey.

Location: Gurugram

Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site | 6 working days (includes weekend working; weekly off on a rotational basis)

Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Role Overview

  • This role sits at the intersection of student guidance and consultative sales.
  • The Sales Counselor will engage with students and parents exploring global education pathways, understand their aspirations, and guide them toward the right programs and services. The role requires the ability to build trust, provide clarity, and drive enrollments through structured conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Student & Parent Engagement

  • Conduct structured counselling interactions with students and parents to understand academic background, career aspirations, and study abroad goals
  • Provide guidance on global education pathways, including countries, programs, and timelines

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
  • Build consistent follow-up systems across the decision cycle
  • Convert qualified inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets

Consultative Selling

  • Position GIDE offerings (counselling, test prep, profile building) based on student needs
  • Drive structured, insight-led conversations rather than transactional sales
  • Address parent queries with clarity and confidence

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (LeadSquared)
  • Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
  • Share regular performance updates

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or overseas education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with parents
  • Target-driven with a structured approach to follow-ups
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/enrollment targets
  • Ability to manage and convert leads across the full sales cycle (inquiry to enrollment)
