The candidate will be responsible for handlinge-commerce inquiries, managing sales data in Excel, coordinating deliveries, and supporting invoice and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from IndiaMART and other e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets proficiency in MS Office is essential.
- Assist in delivery tracking and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Coordinate invoice generation based on sales orders.
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth order processing.
