Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee and execute lead generation strategies, engage potential clients, and convert leads into successful enrollments. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves account management activities to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong ability to build and maintain Customer Satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships
  • Experience in Account Management and the ability to manage client portfolios effectively
  • Sales expertise with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with financial services or stock market concepts is an added advantage
