Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Manager to manage, qualify, and convert leads generated via marketing and inbound channels. The ISM will be responsible for ensuring a strong top-of-funnel pipeline, scheduling meetings for field teams, and maximizing conversion from MQL to SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify inbound leads based on active projects, buyer intent, and urgency.
• Make outbound calls/emails to prospects in the construction, real estate, and architectural segments.
• Schedule product demos, site visits, and calls for Area Sales Managers.
• Ensure all lead stages are accurately updated in the CRM and follow-up tasks are executed.
• Nurture cold or long-cycle leads through structured communication cadence.
• Share relevant content (catalogs, videos, project photos) to enhance conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaign feedback and lead quality insights.
Key KPIs:
• MQL to SQL conversion rate
• Follow-up frequency & engagement rate
• Number of demos/visits scheduled
• Lead turnaround time
• CRM activity tracking & hygiene
Candidate Profile:
• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or tele-sales (B2B SaaS, edtech, logistics, or real estate).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong grasp of CRM systems and customer journey management.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage 40–50 leads daily.
