owned two wheelers by bringing transparency, speed and reliability into every transaction. 

From instant pricing to seamless RC transfers, we are creating a full-stack ecosystem for 

both buyers and sellers.  

About the Role 

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Head - Inside Sales to drive procurement for 

Speedioo. This role will be responsible for leading an inside sales team, owning 

procurement targets and ensuring strong execution across the funnel (dial → connect → conversion). 

This is a mid-senior execution role ideal for someone who understands ground realities 

of inside sales and can drive outcomes through a team. 

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 

• Own and deliver monthly procurement targets for the city  

• Manage and drive performance of an inside sales team (8-10 members)  

• Monitor and improve funnel metrics dials, connects, schedule, conversions  

• Ensure defined KPIs are consistently achieved  

• Drive daily reviews, coaching, and performance management  

• Work closely with ops and field teams to ensure smooth closures  

Key Requirements 

• 4-6 years of experience in inside sales / telesales roles  

• Currently managing a inside sales team of at least 5-6 members  

• Strong understanding of inside sales metrics (dial, connect, conversion)  

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment  

• Highly execution-driven, target-oriented, and hands-on
