Role Overview

Pibit.AI is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to support pipeline growth through inbound and outbound prospecting. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, building early-stage customer relationships, and working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive new business. The ideal candidate is consultative, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced B2B SaaS/AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting through high-volume calls, emails, and web-based channels to develop new accounts.
  • Own and drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads into the sales funnel.
  • Execute a multi-threaded sales approach, engaging multiple stakeholders within target accounts to drive deal progression and closure.
  • Conduct account research and manage early-stage prospect relationships, including setting up discovery calls.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) on sales strategy and execution.
  • Build strong ownership and long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Use consultative probing to identify customer needs and articulate the value proposition of Pibit.AI's products and services.
  • Qualify sales opportunities based on business fit, use case relevance, and buying intent.
  • Recommend appropriate business solutions aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market challenges impacting target accounts.
  • Develop relationships with multiple decision-makers, including senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales objectives.
  • Make data-driven decisions while operating under general direction and established sales playbooks.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, meetings, and follow-ups in Salesforce.com.
  • Build and expand a strong pipeline and prospect database within assigned territories/accounts.

Experience & Background

  • 6+ years of experience in Inside Sales, with mandatory experience in B2B SaaS selling in the US market
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong exposure to top-of-funnel pipeline generation and pipeline management
  • Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders (multi-threading) across target accounts
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and conversion ratios
  • Experience in outbound and inbound sales strategies
