Designation - Unit Head
Key Responsibilities:
● A Team Lead is responsible for tracking and analyzing sales metrics, for their team and taking
corrective and preventive measures for optimal performance.
● Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help the team develop their skills and improve performance.
● Analyze data to identify gaps in performance and come up with solutions to address business problems.
● Ensure all leads are nurtured and create a good quality strong sales pipeline/funnel for achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
● Build a customer oriented mind-set in the team to ensure a WOW customer experience.
● Responsible for managing escalated customer issues and internal challenges ensuring that they are resolved quickly and effectively.
● Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on team performance and SWOT.
● Should communicate effectively and motivate team members to ensure a healthy team culture and positive work environment.
Pre- Requisites :
● Prior team management experience
● Strong sales background in an individual capacity
● In-Depth knowledge about the location/city you have applied for.
● Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills
● Prior experience in a target-driven role.
● B2C sales experience is preferred
● Required Exp - 4 years to 8 Years (Min 2 Years of team handling exp)
● Working Days: 6 days (Saturday and Sunday working).
