About the job

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to support the growth of JC360, an enterprise workforce productivity analytics platform used by large corporate clients globally.

This role is focused on research, pipeline building and sales enablement, working closely with a Senior Sales Executive. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, building high-quality contact lists, and preparing well-researched leads for outbound sales activities.

The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise IT or business software environments, understands how large organizations operate, and enjoys structured research and sales preparation work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify large enterprise companies as potential JC360 customers
  • Build and maintain high-quality account and contact lists
  • Identify relevant decision-makers
  • Conduct company and industry research to support sales conversations
  • Prepare structured lead packages
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data
  • Support outbound campaigns with data preparation and targeting
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Management teams
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in IT software, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
  • Understanding of large corporate structures and decision-making processes
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple research tasks
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail and structured way of working
