Role Overview

Innefu Labs is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Head who will act as both an Individual Contributor and Team Mentor, driving pipeline creation, outbound sales, and partner-led outreach across MENA, Southeast Asia, and India. This role focuses on building a strong and predictable sales pipeline through structured outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, and enterprise engagement for cybersecurity, digital forensics, and AI-driven intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Pipeline Creation - Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach

- Target enterprises, channel partners, system integrators, and resellers

- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for sales teams

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets

- Create and manage prospect databases using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.

2. Partnerships – MENA Focus - Identify and connect with distributors, system integrators, and regional partners

- Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls

- Support partner onboarding and relationship building

- Develop long-term partner pipelines and engagement strategies

3. India Market – Inside Sales & Pitching - Engage with enterprise and government clients

- Pitch cybersecurity, AI, and digital forensics solutions

- Support early-stage qualification and client conversations

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for deal progression

4. Team Leadership & Scale - Build, train, and manage the inside sales team

- Track KPIs like calls, meetings, and pipeline generation

- Coach team on outreach strategies, messaging, and conversion

- Ensure CRM discipline and reporting accuracy

Required Skills & Experience Must-Have:

- Strong experience in inside sales / outbound sales (B2B / B2G)

- Experience engaging enterprise or government clients

- Proficiency with prospecting tools and CRM systems

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to work independently and build scalable processes

Good-to-Have:

- Exposure to Cybersecurity, AI, or Digital Forensics domains

- Experience working with international markets (MENA preferred)

- Experience in scaling inside sales teams Key KPIs
