Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru South. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include engaging with potential clients, analyzing their needs, and offering tailored digital training solutions. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and contribute to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and strong skills in building client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Account Management with a focus on maintaining long-term partnerships
  • Ability to achieve Sales targets through strategic planning and closing deals
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in education technology or training industries is a plus
