About the Role
This is a revenue ownership role. You will be responsible for closing high-ticket enrollments for Gradus programs (average ticket size ₹75,000). The role is focused on end-to-end sales execution and consistent target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads with a conversion-first approach
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead qualification → counseling → objection handling → closure
- Own pipeline, follow-ups, and deal tracking
- Maintain high daily activity levels (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
- Clearly communicate program value aligned with career outcomes

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales (mandatory)

- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a high-intensity, target-driven environment
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 12 closures per month
- Consistent achievement of revenue targets
- Strong conversion rates and follow-up discipline
Compensation & Benefits
