Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients provided by the company.
Counsel prospects effectively by understanding their needs and presenting suitable i2Global offerings.
Drive closures by conducting follow-ups, virtual meetings, and negotiations with high conversion
intent.
Collaborate with internal teams for scheduling demos, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth
onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, progress status, and closure details in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets as per the sales plan.
Report daily progress and conversion metrics to the reporting manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to work under pressure with strong follow-up and negotiation techniques.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, and Google Sheets.
Eligibility Criteria
Career gaps should not exceed 5 months.
Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in sales or counseling roles.
