Hire22 enables employers to create a JobCoNCT and initiate the hiring process through a Virtual Recruiter that manages the recruitment lifecycle using intelligent AI agents, helping companies get interview-ready candidates within 22 hours.

The platform is powered by three AI agents: Hunter AI, which discovers relevant talent across the web; CoNCT AI, which engages and communicates with potential candidates; and JoinX AI, which benchmarks candidate joining probability and supports hiring completion.

Overview:

We are seeking a B2B / Enterprise Sales professional who loves speaking with HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth while working closely with a dynamic startup team.

This role requires someone who is self-driven, entrepreneurial, and excited about selling innovative HR tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Ownership

  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Own the complete sales funnel: lead demo closure
  • Sell HR solutions like job postings, hiring campaigns, and subscription plans

2. Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and manage inside sales executives (15 yrs exp)
  • Conduct daily call reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
  • Build a high-performance, target-driven culture

3. Sales Execution

  • Handle inbound + outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • Run product demos and close deals
  • Improve conversion rates across funnel stages

4. Process & Strategy

  • Build scalable sales playbooks and scripts
  • Optimize lead qualification and follow-ups
  • Work closely with marketing on campaigns and lead quality

5. Metrics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: calls, demos, conversion %, revenue
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
  • Use data to improve team performance (a key expectation in inside sales leadership
