Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional with 8–10 years of B2B sales experience, strong expertise in BANT-qualified lead management and hands-on capability in lead hunting and lead nurturing. The role requires driving the pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn-based outreach, email campaigns and close collaboration with marketing and field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt and generate new leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, outbound calls and social selling.
- Nurture leads across the funnel through structured email sequences, LinkedIn follow-ups, and periodic touchpoints.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Collaborate closely with marketing on campaign execution, lead feedback and conversion optimization.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to field sales/account executives.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM systems.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion ratios and outreach effectiveness.
- Continuously improve outreach messaging, cadence and qualification processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in Inside Sales/Demand Generation roles.
- Proven expertise in BANT qualification and pipeline creation.
- Strong experience in LinkedIn lead hunting, social selling and outbound prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with email outreach tools and sequences.
- Experience selling B2B solutions, preferably in IT services, SaaS or MSP environments.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, ZoomInfo or similar).
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, data-oriented and target-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing inside sales teams.
- Experience working with global clients. (Financial Services preferred, not mandatory)
