ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a large team of 25+ Campus Associates, ensuring they execute student outreach, campus coordination, and admissions processes with precision and energy. You will act as the central point connecting campuses, internal stakeholders, and the admissions team, ensuring seamless execution from enquiry generation to final enrollment. The role demands strong team management, strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to handle multi-state academic operations at scale. You will be accountable for hitting admissions targets, improving campus engagement, strengthening conversion funnels, and building a consistent, high-performing culture across allthreestates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage 25+ Campus Associates across TN, KA & KL to achieve sales and admissions goals.
  • Set and monitor weekly/monthly KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve team efficiency.
  • Oversee campus engagement activities and ensure smooth coordination with TPOs, students, and faculty.
  • Maintain uniform communication standards and outreach processes across all campuses.
  • Support the admissions team with enquiry handling, follow-ups, pipeline management, and conversions.
  • Track and optimize the sales funnel to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data to forecast admissions and refine inside sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing to run campaigns that drive application and admission numbers.
