Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day inside sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and maintaining account management. The role involves working closely with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
• Proven track record in Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Should have managed a high energy & goal oriented team
• Experience in the education or tech industry is a plus
