Job Description
Responsibilities:
o Manage the inside sales team
o Set and track sales targets for your team
o Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process o Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
o Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
o Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
o Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement o Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
o Build an open-communication environment for your team
o Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Requirements and skills:
o Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
o Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
o In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
o Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
o Strong analytical and organizational skills
