Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager based in Trivandrum. The role involves managing and coordinating inside sales activities, including lead generation, nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing account management tasks. The Inside Sales Manager will work to identify growth opportunities, achieve sales targets, and drive the expansion of the school's programs by engaging with prospective students and partners. The role also requires maintaining well-organized sales pipelines and delivering high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and nurturing potential clients or students to conversion.
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction strategies and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience with Account Management and maintaining organized sales pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple prospects and accounts efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the digital art industry, such as animation, VFX, gaming, or filmmaking, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
