Position Title: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Chennai

Experience :Required: 8+ years in Inside Sales (B2B IT/ITES), US/UK market exposure
Team Handling: 4+ Inside Sales Executives (ISEs)
Industry Preference: Publishing / EdTech / eLearning (Desirable)/SAAS sales

Role Overview
The Inside Sales Manager will drive lead generation, manage the complete sales cycle, close new
logos, and lead a team of Inside Sales Executives with a strong focus on the US and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Minimum 60 cold calls per day
● Targeted email and LinkedIn outreach
● Generate 5 active calls and 2 new prospects daily
● Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects
2. Client Meetings & Engagement
● Conduct 2 sales-qualified meetings weekly
● Attend exploratory meetings scheduled by ISEs
● Convert 1 qualified opportunity per week
3. Sales Cycle Management
● Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
● Close and onboard 2 new logos per month
● Maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports
4. Team Leadership
● Lead a team of 4+ Inside Sales Executives
● Ensure team achieves individual and team targets
● Conduct regular performance reviews
5. Business Growth & Strategy
● Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
● Prepare proposals, business plans, and competition analysis
● Represent the company at events
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
● Any Graduate
● 8+ years in Inside Sales (B2B IT/ITES)
● Mandatory US/UK market experience
● Track record of exceeding sales targets
● Experience as IC with revenue targets > USD 500K
● 4+ years team management experience
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, and other sales tools
Desirable Skills
● Experience in Publishing/EdTech/eLearning
● MS Office, Excel proficiency
● CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared)
