Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Senior Manager Inside Sales to own and
scale three of our most critical funnel journeys:
Lead to KYC
Install to KYC
KYC to Transact
This leader will manage a large inside sales team of 200+ agents and will be directly responsible
for moving users across the full acquisition funnel from raw leads to transacting retailers.
This is a mission-critical role with high visibility and a direct impact on our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel Ownership
Drive performance across:
Lead to KYC: Convert incoming leads into KYC-completed users.
Install to KYC: Convert app installs into verified KYC accounts.
KYC to Transact: Activate users to place their first order.
Define funnel SOPs, call cadences, and conversion scripts for each stage.
Identify and fix bottlenecks through continuous process iteration.
Team Management
Build and Lead a team of 200+ inside sales agents through a strong middle management
layer (Team Leads, Assistant Managers).
Drive daily discipline, performance reviews, call quality audits, and productivity
improvement.
Build robust hiring, training, and onboarding processes for team scaling.
Metrics & Reporting
Own and publish dashboards for:
o Conversion rates across all funnel stages
o Agent productivity (calls/hour, conversions/hour)
o Cost per transacting retailer
o Coordinate with CRM/Tech/Product to improve conversion through better
tooling, targeting, and automation.
Experimentation & Feedback Loop
Run weekly A/B tests on scripts, timing, nudges, messaging.
Identify trends from call logs, drop-ofs, and CRM data.
Create feedback loops for Product, Marketing, and Growth.
What We're Looking For
812 years of experience in Inside Sales or Telecalling management.
Proven track record of managing high-volume teams (100+ agents).
Experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Freshsales, Salesforce, etc.) and inside sales
workflows.
Data-first approach: ability to define, track, and improve sales KPIs rigorously.
Strong people leadership and team-building ability.
High ownership, hands-on, and comfortable with fast-paced execution.
Nice to Have
Experience in AgriTech, Fintech, Ecommerce, or Bharat-focused B2B platforms.
Exposure to running telecalling centers or outsourced sales teams.
Knowledge of rural retailer behavior or regional sales patterns.
