Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Counselor/Executive will be responsible for guiding clients and parents about various job role programs in detail and enrollment procedures. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting counseling sessions (Virtual Demo), and converting leads into enrollments while maintaining a professional centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel client and parents regarding the programs, enrollments process, eligibility, and career opportunities.
2. Handle telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently and maintain a high conversion rate.
3. Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure maximum enrollments.
4. Maintain accurate data of all inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM or internal software.
5. Participate in enrollments drives, events, and orientation programs as required.
6. Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates on enrollments, batches, and fee collections.
8. Provide proper post-enrollments support and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
9. Represent the institute professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both Hindi and English).
3. Good convincing ability and a client-first approach.
4. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
5. Target-oriented, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
