Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Funnel Conversion

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Manage leads across different stages of the sales funnel.
  • Qualify prospects and identify customer requirements.
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities.
  • Drive lead-to-closure conversion through regular engagement.
  • Maintain strong pipeline tracking and conversion metrics.

Renewals & Retention

  • Manage customer renewal cycles and ensure timely renewals.
  • Follow up with existing customers before contract/subscription expiry.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services during renewals.
  • Improve customer retention and repeat business.

Sales Coordination

  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with field sales, operations, and customer success teams.
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong customer relationships through continuous engagement.
  • Understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
