Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Funnel Conversion
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Manage leads across different stages of the sales funnel.
- Qualify prospects and identify customer requirements.
- Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities.
- Drive lead-to-closure conversion through regular engagement.
- Maintain strong pipeline tracking and conversion metrics.
Renewals & Retention
- Manage customer renewal cycles and ensure timely renewals.
- Follow up with existing customers before contract/subscription expiry.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services during renewals.
- Improve customer retention and repeat business.
Sales Coordination
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Coordinate with field sales, operations, and customer success teams.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong customer relationships through continuous engagement.
- Understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
