We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, manage the sales cycle, and lead a team toward consistent target achievement. The ideal candidate brings strong sales expertise, team management experience, and a data-backed approach to decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Manage the complete sales funnel lead qualification, nurturing, conversion, and retention.
- Analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for smooth conversion and customer experience.
- Optimize scripts, pitches, and calling workflows for better conversions.
- Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 58 years of inside sales experience, with at least 2-3 years leading a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and reporting metrics.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in EdTech, publishing, or B2C sales is an added advantage.
