We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Shyam Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and cold calls.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information and communication history.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation processes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-8 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
