About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our Assisted Buying team. This role is critical in converting high-intent leads—customers who have shown interest but haven't completed their purchase journey.
You'll engage with customers via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and website enquiries, guiding them from interest to conversion and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Re-engage customers who:
Added items to cart but didn't complete the purchase
Browsed products without transacting
Registered on the platform without making a purchase
Received cashback or promotional credits
Reached out via call, chat, WhatsApp, or website enquiries
Make timely and persuasive outbound calls to revive warm leads
Handle inbound enquiries and assist customers through their buying journey
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Route interested customers to the nearest store, if required
Collaborate with Marketing & CRM teams to optimize lead conversion
Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM systems
Achieve and exceed sales and conversion targets
Share customer insights to improve the overall buying journey

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Customer Engagement
(eCommerce or Retail experience preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills in English & regional languages
Proven ability to handle objections and close sales
Comfortable using CRM tools & digital communication platforms
Target-driven mindset with a passion for customer interaction
