Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research & identify potential property hosts
  • Contact property owners through phone & WhatsApp
  • Introduce ChooseMyStay to potential hosts
  • Follow up with interested property owners
  • Track leads & onboarding progress in CRM

Requirements

  • Good communication in Malayalam & English
  • Confidence speaking over phone
  • Good follow-up & communication skills
  • Basic computer & smartphone skills
  • Comfortable with online research

Nice To Have

  • Interest in sales & business development
  • Knowledge of Trivandrum & nearby areas
  • Familiarity with Google Maps & Instagram
  • Previous calling/sales experience is a plus

What You Can Expect

  • Stipend ₹2,000/month + Incentives
  • ₹500 incentive per Host OnBoarded
  • Working Hours - 10 AM to 6 PM
