About the role
We are looking for a sharp, curious, and AI-savvy Inside Sales Intern (or Apprentice) to support our sales team across day-to-day activities, events, research, and collateral. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enable faster deal cycles and sharper customer conversations using AI tools as your first instinct, not a last resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with pre-meeting research, prospect profiling, and background preparation
- Update, customize, and sharpen pitch decks and presentation materials for specific meetings
- Assist in planning and executing sales events - logistics, materials, follow-ups
- Understand and organize marketing collateral; ensure the right material reaches the right team at the right time
- Conduct competitive research and market intelligence to support business development
- Generate first drafts of proposals, case studies, and sales enablement content using AI tools
- Maintain trackers, CRM inputs, and activity logs to keep the team organized
Must-have: AI fluency
This role is AI-first. You must be comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not just knowing they exist, but actively using them to think, research, draft, and create.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT for research, brainstorming, and drafting
- Hands-on experience with Claude (Claude , Claude Code, Claude for design tasks)
- Ability to write clear, effective prompts to get high-quality outputs
- Comfort using AI for competitive research, deck content, and collateral creation
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Strong written communication - you can draft a crisp email, a slide title, or a one-pager without much hand-holding
- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides; comfortable building and editing decks
- High attention to detail - errors in client-facing materials are not acceptable
- Proactive and self-driven; you don't wait to be told twice
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good to have
- Prior internship in a B2B sales or marketing environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Basic design sensibility - Canva, Figma, or similar
- Anthropic or other AI platform certifications
