Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Prioritize and update the target list of companies for fresher hiring in India (through secondary research).
- Identify the relevant contact person in the prioritized list of target companies (through LinkedIn).
- Reach out to relevant persons through LinkedIn and cold calls/emails.
- Introduce the company's free service to such companies for fresher hiring.
- Set up meetings with the company's senior personnel to enable conversion of such accounts.
About Company: KidEx Venture Private Limited is a company started by two alumni from IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta. The company is building a platform to help young Indians develop skills for better future employability. The company serves school students, college students, and companies. The company operates two brands - KidEx and MasterNAUKRI.
