Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into walk-ins and admissions.
- Counsel prospective students regarding suitable courses and programs.
- Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM systems.
- Assist with fee follow-ups and documentation processes.
