We are looking for an energetic and confident Admission Counsellor to handle prospective student enquiries, explain courses and admission processes, and convert leads into successful admissions.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Make 3–4 hours of outbound and inbound calls to prospective students/parents.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process and other relevant information.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Handle objections and answer basic queries professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the admission decision is completed.
- Coordinate with the admissions/academic team whenever required.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly admission targets.
