Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join the Central Business Development team working with Lenskart. The intern will support the team in identifying and sourcing potential business opportunities across Pan India. This role involves market research, lead generation, lead management, and coordination with internal teams to help strengthen the business development pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online research to identify and source property consultant leads across Pan India.
Assist in managing and sourcing relevant properties from incoming leads.
Identify and source potential consultants from various platforms and databases.
Support the team in building and maintaining a strong lead pipeline.
Coordinate with different internal departments for smooth lead management.
Maintain and update lead data in internal systems and spreadsheets.
Assist the BD team in expanding the overall lead funnel.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong research and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus.
Comfortable working in a self-driven and fast-paced environment.
Good data management and coordination skills.
