Ayusynk.ai is a fast-growing medical device company revolutionizing diagnostics with AI-powered devices. Our core products include the AyuSynk Digital Stethoscope and the forthcoming Cardiosynk ECG Machine. We seek a driven Inside Sales Specialist to expand our market reach.
Role Summary
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our digital diagnostic devices and integrated software platform. You will engage with individual clinicians (doctors) and institutional clients (hospitals, clinics, telemedicine providers) through virtual/physical channels to meet aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and Qualify Leads: Identify new business opportunities among B2B and B2C healthcare clientele.
Virtual Product Demos: Conduct persuasive online demonstrations of the AyuSynk Digital Stethoscope and Cardiosynk ECG machine, emphasizing clinical value and AI features.
Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline diligently in the CRM (Zoho), from initial contact to closing the sale.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly quotas for device sales and platform subscriptions.
Expert Consultation: Develop deep product knowledge to position our devices effectively against competitors.
Requirements
Experience: [0-3]+ years in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Telesales, preferably within the Medical Device, Health-Tech, or SaaS industry.
Skills: Exceptional virtual presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Tools: Proficient with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, etc.).
A Mindset: Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable selling complex technology to clinical buyers.
