Job Title: Sales Executive (Online Training Programs)

Employment Type: Full-Time (6 Hours Shift)
Shift Timings
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹6,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain online training programs and membership plans to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into paid memberships.
- Maintain daily call records and sales reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager for updates and performance tracking.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about training programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Days
- Saturday and Sunday are working days.
- One weekly off will be provided on a weekday.
