Role Description This is a full-time remote Inside Sales Internship role at Confidence App InstaPrepsAI. The Inside Sales Intern will engage with prospective learners and parents through phone, email, and online channels to explain platform offerings, answer queries, and guide them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining an organized pipeline in CRM tools, and following up consistently to nurture interest. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to run outreach campaigns, collect feedback from users, and support initiatives that improve conversion and customer satisfaction. The role also involves documenting interactions, preparing basic reports on outreach performance, and representing the company's mission and values in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective learners or guardians.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including empathetic listening and problem-solving.
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity, professionalism, and confidence in remote interactions.
  • Interest in or exposure to EdTech, counseling, or educational services, especially in student-facing roles, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely in a structured, self-motivated manner, manage multiple conversations, and meet performance targets.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet tools, along with willingness to learn sales processes and reporting methods.
  • Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; passion for education, accessibility, and learner success is highly valued.

Stipend/month - INR 20000- INR 22000 ( Fixed INR 2000 - INR 5000)+(Incentive INR 18000)
