About The Role
You will work on sourcing, qualifying, and activating the RE agents, developers, and land owners who form the supply side of the platform. You won't be running spreadsheets in a corner. You'll be on the phones, on WhatsApp, on field calls when needed — building the playbook that every future Landseek inside sales hire inherits.
Landseek is an AI enabled Land Operating System, designed to modernize and streamline the lifecycle of land discovery and investment. Landseek serves as an intelligence and data layer for investors, agents, and developers within the land and plots asset class.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Build and work targeted lists of RE agents, developers, and land owners across Telangana. Run high-volume outreach across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Lead Qualification: Run discovery conversations to qualify supply-side partners — inventory size, listing intent, geography, document readiness. Hand off qualified leads to the Sales & Partnerships Lead with clean notes.
- CRM Hygiene: Own data entry, stage progression, and follow-up cadences inside the CRM. Keep the pipeline accurate, deduplicated, and audit-ready every single day.
- Listing Activation: Walk RE agents and land owners through onboarding to Network and Vault — listing creation, document upload, and Vault Completeness Score progression. Unblock partners stuck mid-onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Capture micro-market signals from every conversation — pricing shifts, hot corridors, common objections, competitor mentions. Feed structured notes back to product and GTM weekly.
- Sales Ops Support: Help maintain pitch collateral, one-pagers, and outreach templates. Run A/B tests on subject lines, scripts, and WhatsApp openers to find what converts.
Desired Qualities
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Telugu; Hindi is a plus
- Comfortable making 40–60 outbound touches a day — calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups — without losing energy
- Curious about real estate, land, and how Indian property markets actually work
- High-ownership operator: chases closure, doesn't wait to be told the next step
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes in priorities — this is a zero-to-one environment
