Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Intern. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers, generating and managing leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team, the intern will work on achieving sales targets and promoting the company's training programs. Effective communication and a customer-focused approach are critical to excelling in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with prospective customers
  • Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to work
  • Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges
