We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
