Inside Sales Executive B2B Services & Talent Marketplace (On-site, India)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing company operating in the B2B services and talent marketplace sector, serving enterprise and SMB clients across India and global markets. We deliver outsourced talent, staffing and professional services using data-driven sales processes and a consultative approach. We are hiring an on-site Inside Sales Executive to drive pipeline generation, qualification and revenue growth across strategic accounts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle inside sales activities: proactively prospect, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into revenue through outbound calling, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM; prepare weekly forecasts and activity reports to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Book qualified meetings and product/service discovery calls for senior account executives; coordinate demos and handoffs for smooth deal progression.
  • Develop tailored outreach cadences and messaging for target verticals; run A/B tests to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within delegated authority and close transactional deals; escalate complex negotiations to field/senior sales as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery teams to align on lead nurturing, proposals, and onboarding transitions to ensure high win rates and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven track record in inside sales or B2B lead generation with quota attainment (onsite India roles preferred).
  • Salesforce or HubSpot experience for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and account research.
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach capabilities with measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets for pipeline analysis and activity tracking.
  • Experience with VoIP/telephony tools (e.g., RingCentral) and sales cadencing platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience selling services, staffing, or SaaS into enterprise/SMB accounts.
  • Familiarity with Outreach, Sales Engagement tools or sequence automation platforms.
  • Multilingual selling capability (Hindi or other regional languages) to engage a diverse client base.
