Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
