JOB DESCRIPTION –
• Prospecting for new clients/lead generation
• Direct communication with customers via e‐mail and telephone (Cold Calling/Warm Calling) to promote Verdantis and its product range
• Qualification of sales leads to identify whether prospects requirements are aligned with Verdantis's product offerings.
• Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for Onsite Sales team.
• Capable of good Market Research and Database building
• Identify key decision makers within target organizations
• Should understand prospects technology needs
• Recording of all sales activities in the CRM
o Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Pipeline
o Proven track record of exceeding sales target
o Must be Aggressive and Dynamic with a Good & Positive Attitude
No. of Position -
US - 1 (Timing 5.30 pm to 2.30 am)
APAC - 1 (Timing 7.00 am to 4.00 pm)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE -
3+ years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatorily in Inside sales.
COMPETENCIES -
• Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
