The Role

You own the top of the sales funnel — from first outreach to confirmed demo. You'll stay involved through the follow-up cycle and support the founder on closures. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role. You'll be talking to HR Managers, TA Heads, and CHROs. Carry yourself accordingly.

What You'll Do

• Identify and research target accounts — typically 200+ headcount companies hiring at volume
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp to book discovery calls and demos
• Qualify inbound leads and respond fast — speed is a competitive advantage
• Maintain a clean pipeline in CRM — no black holes, no I'll update it later
• Write follow-ups that don't sound like templates
• Track your own numbers weekly — calls, connects, demos booked, pipeline value
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years B2B inside sales; SaaS or HR-tech is a plus, not a requirement
• Can hold a confident conversation with senior HR stakeholders
• Writes clearly and concisely — no filler, no corporate speak
• Self-driven — doesn't need daily hand-holding to hit a target
• Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a startup, not a playbook environment
