Role Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales to achieve set targets. You will appropriately guide prospects, address their queries, provide product information, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client outreach efforts. This role also involves tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis, with attention to trends and opportunities
  • Basic technical knowledge to understand and explain the company's IT services and solutions
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts or tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
  • Prior experience in sales or business development, particularly in the technology or IT sector, is preferred
