Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our IT services sales efforts for the US/UK market. The role primarily involves cold calling on data provided by the Lead Generation team to qualify prospects and create sales opportunities.

Position: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Shift Timings: US/UK Shift - 3PM to 12 AM

Location: 502, 5th Floor, Tower 1, World Trade Center, Kharadi, Pune: 411014

For late working hours, one-way transportation will be provided to female employees

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound cold calls (80-100 dials) to US-based prospects using provided lead data.

2. Qualify leads and understand client IT service requirements.

3. Present company IT services clearly and professionally.

4. Schedule meetings or hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

5. Update call outcomes and lead status in the CRM.

6. Meet daily and monthly calling and lead qualification targets.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

2. Experience in inside sales or B2B cold calling (IT services preferred).

3. Strong communication and persuasion skills.

4. Comfortable working in US shifts and target-driven environments.
