Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Registering and Managing Inquiries:
  • Receive, register, and assign all incoming sales inquiries (email, phone, website, etc.)
  • Ensure proper categorization and timely forwarding to relevant team members.
  1. Quotation and Proposal Management:
  • Prepare and submit quotations/offers as per guidelines and timelines.
  • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for compiling complete proposals.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in pricing, terms, and documentation.
  1. Sales Follow-up & Coordination:
  • Follow up on submitted offers with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support field sales personnel by handling technical and commercial queries.
  • Ensure effective communication between customers and the field sales team.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain and update offer tracking sheets, including status (open, won, lost, revised, etc.)
  • Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards for sales team review.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for tenders or special customer requirements.
  1. CRM & Database Management:
  • Enter and update customer records, inquiries, and quote statuses in the CRM system.
  1. Customer Service & Relationship Support:
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and ensure high service levels.
  • Assist in handling post-offer queries, amendments, and feedback collection.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Organize meetings, calls, and reviews for the sales team as needed.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents, proposals, and correspondence.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in handling ERP/CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset

Preferred Background:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 24 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial products or B2B sales
