About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to work in the permanent staffing business to manage candidate engagement and drive revenue by adding candidates. The role involves connecting with candidates from various sources, explaining our services, onboarding them, and generating business through candidate enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with the candidates through calls, emails, and professional networks.
• Explain company services, placement process, enrollment fees and value proposition clearly to candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Collect payments/fees from candidates as per company policies and ensure timely processing.
• Track candidates status and follow up until successful joining.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, payments, and revenue generation.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, excel, Chat GPT, Email.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
