Inside Sales Executive (US)

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, allowing for both on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The Executive-International Tele Sales will focus on lead generation, building strong client relationships, and driving sales opportunities. The role involves effectively communicating with potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients globally. The individual will actively identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with international clients, address their needs, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to flexible schedules for serving international clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Enthusiasm for education, technology, and creating impactful learning experiences will be highly beneficial.
