Education:
- Any Graduate - BA / BBA/ BSC/ MBA (Sales & Marketing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and CRM tools.
- Conduct needs assessments via virtual calls to match client requirements with Academy offerings.
- Develop and execute sales pipelines, achieving monthly/quarterly targets for enrollments and revenue.
- Build relationships with Individual prospects, HR, L&D, and compliance teams in target sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and demand generation for existing & new products.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics, and provide weekly forecasts.
Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge:
- Technical- Understanding of different standards Like IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, E-mobility Industry application & related training for our target sectors.
- Business- CRM tools, MS Excel for pipeline tracking, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator drives lead generation and nurturing. Strong pipeline management, quota achievement, and forecasting skills ensure revenue targets for open-enrollment and customized corporate training.
