What you'll do
- Speak to clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel goals.
- Recommend the right cruise packages with confidence and flair.
- Convert leads into bookings through proactive follow-ups.
- Handle end-to-end bookings: reservations, documentation, special requests.
- Deliver WOW-worthy customer service and resolve queries quickly.
- Stay up to speed with offers, trends, and industry updates.
- Upsell extras like excursions, stays, and services to enhance value.
What you bring
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and great listening skills.
- Positivity, ownership, and a can-do attitude.
- Confidence to speak, sell, and support with ease.
- A passion for travel- cruise knowledge is a bonus, not a must!
- Proficiency in Galileo ticketing system will be preferred.
