Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive or Inside Sales Executive, based in Gurgaon.
The responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales processes, maintaining
relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role
will require presenting product offerings, closing deals, and working closely with the sales team
to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to final closure.
• Handle and respond to incoming leads via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
• Engage with customers at the store, understand their requirements, and provide suitable
product recommendations.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers to drive conversions.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales
activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer handling ability
• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge
• Ability to manage leads and follow-ups
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Telephonic sales OR
• Inside sales
