Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller)

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for an Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller). The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective customers, generating and following up on leads, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The executive will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while identifying their needs and recommending tailored solutions. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and staying up-to-date on company products and industry trends.

• Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with a proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build rapport and handle client queries effectively
• Sales expertise with an understanding of sales strategies and techniques to meet targets and drive business growth
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work within a dynamic and team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in technology or digital solutions, is an advantage
• Good command of English and any additional regional language skills would be beneficial
